At Lippway we pride ourselves on having the best team in our industry. Drivers have had training through industry experience in operating on all types of worksites. Many have over 20 years experience and have been operating in remote locations.

Every new driver we employed, we always have extensive training program and test system make sure he is competent to operate the machine.

Drivers are trained in night and day operations as services are often being provided to sites on a 24 hours schedule.

Managing Director
Robert Li was performing research work for the University of Queensland before acquiring a financial interest in this business. Robert has been with Lippway for almost two years and is in the process of streamlining procedures in the office and workshed.

Peter McCallum
Director/Consultant

Peter McCallum had been involved in the transport industry prior to commencing grasscutting over thirty years ago. When the Brisbane City Council first offered contractors the opportunity to tender for grasscutting of parkland and roads, Peter was amongst the early participants. For many years, Peter could be found driving a tractor or with a snipper in his hand encouraging his workers to keep up with him. Peter decided to hand over the running of the Company to Robert and has taken on a consulting role where his expertise is of benefit in both fields of our business.

Jennifer Huang                   

Administration Manager                          

For the past twelve months, Jennifer has controlled the day to day running of this Company and implemented many of the procedures in place. Jennifer prepares all invoicing, processes weekly payroll, pays all accounts and attends to all other matters involving the office.

Tony Williams

Operations Manager Transport

 Tony has been with Lippway for the past seven years and has a sound mechanical knowledge which enables him to advise truck drivers how to rectify minor problems. Tony conducts interviews and driving tests for MC driver applicants and supervises their inductions and training. Much of his time is spent at CSG sites where Tony has been able to impart his knowledge of loading and unloading techniques, etc. on vacuum tankers, gully suckers, kingvac,etc  to other drivers so that all are following the same procedures.

Richard O`Connor

Operations Manager Grasscutting    

Richard has acquired a sound knowledge of this industry since 1988 as Manager with Wanday Pty Ltd, Office Manager at Wanday (Qld) Pty Ltd and now at Lippway. With his vast experience, Richard has the capacity to calculate tender prices, supervise staff, ensure council requirements are fulfilled and to liaise with Council officers.

William Liu

First Aid Officer    

William obtained his qualifications in New Zealand (Workplace Safety First Aid Certificate) as well as 2 & 4 stroke Engineering Certificate and a Welding Certificate. William`s expertise is small engines and he maintains our snippers and blowers in addition to tractor repairs in the grasscutting side of the business plus small motors on our tankers, etc.
