  • Improved efficiency for the operator by reducing the impact of conventional regulatory enforcement,
  • Improved road safety,
  • Increase the operator’s productivity through adoption of good management practices,
  • That all parties in the supply chain are legally responsible for preventing driver fatigue, and
  • That suitable records of driving activity are kept.

The roadworthiness of the vehicles owned by Lippway Pty Ltd is maintained by systems which incorporate:

  • Daily vehicle inspection for each calendar day that a vehicle is in operation,
  • A system of recording and reporting all faults,
  • A system of assessing and monitoring the repair of all faults,
  • A system of regular scheduled maintenance, and
  • An internal and external monitoring of all aspects of the Maintenance Management System.

The Mass limits of the vehicles owned by Lippway Pty Ltd will be monitored and maintained at all times through incorporating the following:

  • Verifying the tare weight of all vehicles,
  • A system of recording and reporting any overloading,
  • A system of regular verification of load limits, and
  • Internal and external monitoring of all aspects of mass limits.
